    Building Inspection Underwriters is a third generation family owned business, large enough to provide first rate service  yet small enough to give your account the individual attention that it deserves.     In partnership with our sister company, National Training Institute (NTI), we have developed a flexible training format designed to meet YOUR requirements. Rather than a canned presentation, we custom tailor the training to your exact needs. NTI has been in the code training industry since 1996. We have the experience and track record to provide you with the best possible education.

    The Pennsylvania Construction Code Act,  Act 45 and the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) regulations establish training and certification requirements for all construction code officials in Pennsylvania. Below is a list of the certifications required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the present time.  In order to best provide you and your inspectors with the courses you need immediately, please review the list of required licenses listed below.  From the list indicate the ones that you would be most interested in attending. All pertinent information will be mailed to you, and any names you may include with your reply.  Thank You.
